We accept returns for exchanges or for refund under certain conditions, inform you with a representative before the conclusion of the sale. The refund only concerns the price of the product and a restocking fee may be applicable. Note that the transport costs related to the return of a product will be entirely assumed by the customer. A return authorization number must be issued by our customer service department; AREIC INC reserves the right to refuse any shipment not accompanied by a return authorization. No returns are accepted on used products.
AREIC INC inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credit when items or their packaging required for resale are damaged, used, or in a non-resalable condition for resale.
